at this point our government has no right to criticize the UK. When they are trying to pass these online ID age verification laws in our country. Just saying. We're no better than the UK at that point

Gus Bilirakis is an embarrassment. Upon listening to him speak you can immediately tell that he has no clue what he's talking about tech-wise, and he hides his ignorance behind "stories from parents"....

Thus far this ECC mark up follows this theme: Parents have had X horror story about children GOP reps postulate about passing the KIDS act for instance to "protect kids privacy" Dem reps say the package isn't strong enough because of "big tech corporatism". The ONLY rep to

There is ZERO limit to the amount of damage that ANY digital ID template law will cause. It doesn't matter if it's the KIDS act, the "App Store Accountability act", or any other of these noxious bills designed to place the bill of rights on probation to smooth things along toward

"I gave little billy a tablet because I suck as a parent and he learned how to shove himself under a lawn mower in protest! kill the bill of rights." Is not an adequate argument to convince the public that Digital ID is a good idea.

According to buffoon Rep. Brett Guthrie , anybody opposing the KIDS act or the other bills presented at the E&C Committee markup today is just "Big Tech" "afraid of being held accountable". Energy and Commerce Committee is a joke. Let the record show that Digital ID has no shortage of shills.

The only amendment that would suffice as an improvement to the KIDS act or ASAA would be a stipulation that the language get printed as toilet paper for use in section 8 housing and public restrooms at fast food resturants.
