We've had a wonderful time at West Jesmond Primary during our Around the World School Club taster sessions this month. From Lithuanian flower crowns o Finnish landscapes, the Year 5's travelled north-Europe without having to leave the classroom!💐⛰️🗺️

ATWC ignites Year 5 imaginations at Star of the Sea Primary in Whitley Bay last June! 🐉 Geordie vibes & the legendary Lambton Worm bring dialects to life, celebrating the rich tapestry of culture. 🌟

ENACT had an amazing time delivering the ATWC taster at West Denton Primary! Around 90 talented Year 1 and 2 pupils created stunning French Mardi Gras masks last June. 🎭Bravo and merci everybody!

West Jesmond Primary's International Evening last May engaged 520 attendees and spotlighted over 80 performers, and featured an ENACT Lithuanian flower crown station. The visitors crafted dozens of stunning floral crowns, adding a vibrant and interactive touch to the event 🪷🪻

Group of Sixth Formers from Excelsior Academy produced one-of-a-kind Chinese calligraphy during their vibrant Culture Day on July 16th. Entirely student-led, the event became a remarkable platform for meaningful cultural exchanges, and we're very grateful to have been a part! 🗺️

Last month, ENACT research assistant brought the Lambton Worm tale to the children in a Sri Lankan orphanage. Through rhymes and crafts, children enjoyed their worms, warming up to their new volunteers during play-time hours.🐲☀️

Lithuanian flower crowns blossomed at the Big Animal Adventure week summer-programme held by N.E.S.T last week.🪷As ENACT research assistant Eve shared her culture, it opened the floor for the kids to do the same, as they went to the drawing table to share theirs.😊
