Thank you for BBC Money Box for the invite to discuss the new fraud reimbursement rules with Paul Lewis and a host of other experts and, importantly, two victims of fraud. My son was more interested in Upsy Daisy than me being on the radio. Such is life:

I’m developing a slate of amazing projects with my co-writer of 2 years and I am continuously floored by the unfathomable magic we can so often bring out of each other. How anyone writes alone is now beyond anything I can ever imagine. We’re unstoppable together. It’s fire.

HEALTH UPDATE: It has officially been one year since I contracted Covid-19 while on set for my movie that I’ve been working on. I was once a very healthy 31-year old man, but now every day is a struggle for me. A THREAD... 🧵

Highly recommend this to writer pals! Adam noted our whole script (the good, the bad and the downright what-the-fuckly) and has helped us immensely to work out how to tackle our next draft! Super validating too after pouring our hearts and souls out onto them pages 🥰

So another day, another article about the lack of working class folk in the arts. Another call for outreach and mentorship Well I say FUCK THAT There is no aspiration gap There is no need to show WC people what’s ‘possible’ There is simply a practicality gap A money gap

Labour wants to scrap PIP for those with "lower needs" i.e. scoring 3 or less for each activity. Let’s look at what that means. Need someone to lift you in and out of the shower? = 3 points. Need someone to dress your lower body – to put on your pants and trousers? = 2 points.

41% of state schools now have no GCSE drama at all. Creativity has collapsed in eduction over the last decade, despite the last remaining teachers striving to keep arts accessible to all kids, not just lucky kids. This #WorldTheatreDay let’s keep the pressure on to fulfil the

Really appreciate when theatres provide script feedback as most don’t, but it’s concerning when it’s clearly AI-generated. While AI is out there repurposing art, writers should feel able to submit work without fearing it’ll be fed into machines. Please stop doing this.
