Last Thursday, our research group left Antwerp for a team-building in Amsterdam. We caught up with former colleagues now based at UvA Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (inactief), enjoyed a boat trip and explored the Rijksmuseum. Our research (Emma van der Goot Karolin Soontjens Willem Buyens) shows mutual distrust between journalists and (local) politicians in Belgium, with both sides accusing each other of spreading disinformation. There's no impact on their frequency of contact, though. tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…
