Folk who’ve come in to see the Tavern in the Town exhibition today include… a bloke who was a barman in 1971; a couple who had their first date there in 1979 (and are still together!); a woman who was sketching Tavern regulars in the late 80s. 😊

Morning! Our Tavern in the Town exhibition – in the Mander Centre Community Hub in Wolves city centre – will be open again from 10am today. We're there till 6pm, so pop in and say hi! 🙂

We’ve dropped some Tavern papers off at the Wolverhampton branch of Yorkshire Building Society. It’s on the old pub premises, after all. Still smells slightly of patchouli, too. 😉

Yesterday we had our best sales day ever.

Got dressed for my gig, then decided to make a sandwich. Luckily I know my clumsy ways, so now I'm making a sandwich wearing wellies and a rain coat over my gig clothes. If you'd like to see if I 'got any down me' I'm at Getting Gobby in the Lobby in Wakefield tonight. 7.30pm.

If I were a university that abolished all Performing Arts degrees, I might think twice about highlighting a graduate with a now-unavailable theatre degree. Guess that’s why I’m not management material.

I'm told Guernsey has 63,463 inhabitants but the St James Concert Hall can't fit everyone in so I'd recommend getting your ticket asap. This is going to be fantastic.a lot of fun.
