#ProBonoWeek Success story.. My 2 FRU clients were dismissed e'ees who struggled to conduct their own litigation; one was not fluent in English & the other suffered from PTSD & had difficulty speaking in public. Neither could have put the merits of their case w/o Free Representation Unit (FRU) 💪

I knew, despite my efforts, the selection of Free Representation Unit (FRU) cases would be controversial. It's been pointed out that the major omission is Selkent Bus v Moore [1996] ICR 836. The cornerstone on applications to amend and possibly the most commonly cited case in the ET!
