On June 27, 2021, MNK was forcibly taken from š°šŖ, & brought back to š³š¬, where he is illegally detained.
This illegal act was carried out by Government of Nigeria & Kenya Government without any formal extradition proceedings, without any legal representation, & any respect 4 MNK's human rights.
āThey came to Kenya and kidnapped me, brought me back to this country and seeking to try me which the law says it cannot happenā.
~MNK.
The intāl community must take note of this gross miscarriage of justice & hold the Government of Nigeria accountable for its actions. Int'l Criminal Court United Nations
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has made a bold declaration that he cannot be tried in any court of law in Nigeria, citing the country's own laws.
According to MNK, the Government of Nigeria actions against him are tantamount to terrĀ°rism, & anyone attempting to try him is a terrĀ°rist.

The Supreme Court's
declaration dat MNK didnāt jump bail is a vindication of his stance dat he was forcibly disappeared & not a fugitive as claimed by Government of Nigeria.
De court's ruling admits dat MNK's rights were grossly violated when his home was invaded by Nigerian Army.
Just to become Nigeria President & I keep asking:
What will #Obidients OneNigerianists do if they APC Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu Rig the next 2027 election like they did in 2023?

The Fuulani terrĀ°rist man Peter Ndubuisi Mbah who ran through the back door to accept a bill to establish RUGA should know this and know peace. Becos it wonāt be funny.
No grazing in route in Igboland. No RUGA in Igboland. No fuulaani terrĀ°rist herdsmen in Igboland.
Alaigbo rejects them.

The courts have repeatedly ordered MNK's release on bail, yet Government of Nigeria continues to defy these rulings, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the legal process & the principles of justice.
This illegal act perpetuates a culture of impunity & oppression against Ndigbo. Human Rights Watch
