What a fantastic day today at the Central and West Inpatients Senior Nurse Development Away Day 🤩 We had some amazing sessions from across the organisation Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust 🙏🙌 I am so proud of all the current and developing senior nurses and observing the passion and engagement

Reflecting on a busy few days supporting with development days. Really enjoyed delivering sessions on creating a positive culture, MMQC and resus. Some fantastic engagement from colleagues and some through provoking discussions. Excited for the future with our amazing teams ✨⭐️

Busy week so far… Yesterday I attended and presented at the LSCFT safeguarding conference. Today I came in to a lovely card from a patient and then spent the afternoon celebrating our fabulous internationally educated nurses. Off to London tomorrow for the HSJ awards 🚝👩🏽‍⚕️🎉💙
