A big thank you to the Cardinal Cafe for their support of GREC’s food-bank fundraiser! Granite Ridge is so lucky to have such a supportive and caring community 💙💚!

It was overheard in the office that these were ‘horns’ because my office has all the popcorn 😂! Popcorn or money - GREC’s got this 👌🏼! Cathy Goodfellow @McCullough5757

Couldn’t have said it better! It’s safe to say we are all a ‘tad’ competitive, care for the communities we serve, and love a little fun! Proud of NAEC & Granite Ridge for coming together for the true winner - the local food banks. @McCullough5757 Josh Goodfellow Elizabeth SteeleDrew.

NAEC The school currently has power. Like inclement weather days, announcements for closures and bus cancellations will be announced in the morning. If Information changes, I will post the information.

.NAEC will be open Tues. May 24 for students & staff who can safely get to school. If you drop off your students, you must pick them up at end of day. We understand many have suffered severe property damage. NAEC will be open to community for water, internet, & washrooms.

Did you know? MLSP is celebrating our 50th year of providing swimming lessons and water safety lessons to local youth? But; we weren’t always at Bon Echo. What did the M stand for before Mazinaw?? #MLSP #WaterSafety Bon Echo PP Emily Yanch Beth Hasler NAEC LifesavingSociety ON

Our swim-a-thon is in full force! Swimmers raise money to support our programming and keep registration costs low. Looking to sponsor a swimmer? We can help you find one or two! Emily Yanch Mrs. Defosse Josh Goodfellow MrsG_NAEC #watersafety

Our swim-a-thon announcement has been delayed due to overwhelming success!! Money is still trickling in, but currently we are over $17000 … well over our goal of $10000! Thanks to our families and supporters, we are truly humbled by the generosity. Mrs. Defosse Emily Yanch

So amazing! Beyond grateful for the incredible generosity of MLSP families, friends, and community, during our annual swim-a-thon this year! MLSP is so fortunate to be supported by the local community and cottagers - and have been for over 50 years! ❤️

It’s tough to see some of the images coming out of Hawai’i — a place that’s so special to so many of us. Michelle and I are thinking of everyone who has lost a loved one, or whose life has been turned upside down. If you’d like to help, you can do so here.
