When the NHS brings in consultants to look at issues such as productivity (presumably at considerable expense) I do wonder why greater use is not made of healthcare think tanks, academics, unions/prof bods etc who have a deep & ongoing understanding of issues

Can anyone tell me how to speak to an ACTUAL person at Aviva plc please - it's actually physically impossible! How on earth is this good customer service?? Anyone....any suggestions???
