It’s pretty clear the major hindrance to a CPC victory was Poilievre himself—replacing him with a more palatale leader would probably lead to them crushing the Liberals during the next elections, as soon as Carney’s minority collapses.

I understand NPD partisans must find a way to fight back against strategic voting, but pretending like their voters just divided the vote and not straight up switched to the CPC in some of those ridings isn’t helpful to anybody.
