We're in one of the best (UK!) areas for queens, for nucs. We may need to rethink this...

Typical winter sites. Still not moved out to summer sites. Most are being fed. Just gone through the smaller site most have had a second brood with 8 frames and a feeder. Decent brood but naff all good coming in. Look at the lack of flight. 1pm today overcast and 100deg.😭🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Some if the early OSR fields are well past their best and the later fields are a disaster - with no good weather in sight.

That 3-4 day window was probably it for OSR this year.

This spring has the ingredients to be one of the WORST for a generation.
