For years we’ve had Elm Street installments about parents that are intentionally duplicitous & horrible; they mistreat their children, other them, and hide things from them... My question now is: Can a parent that does none of those things—“means well,” even—be just as bad?

Speaking it into existence! I want all of this sharing of my pitch to go somewhere meaningful! I want my script to get seen! I want my work to make it to Wes Craven’s estate, against all odds! I want my story to be the next NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET.

The ELM STREET movie I’ve written would be a sequel to DREAM WARRIORS, but also to FREDDY’S REVENGE. It would see the return of Patricia Arquette as Kristen, MarkPattonActor as Jesse, and Ken Sagoes as Kincaid. They would be among the new parents of Elm Street.

There’s not much of this thing l can show, but I’m happy to say that I can show my absolute favorite part: the opening credits sequence.

Haven’t shared the pitch around with anybody new in a few days. Took some time to recoup, because this can be exhausting. That said, I’m not done!!! Just getting started. :D
