This is your reminder: Even if you don't feel like you've done enough this week, you have done enough and you are enough.

When taking time for gratitude, don't forget to be grateful to yourself. Be grateful to your body for all it has gotten you through. Be grateful to your brain for all it accomplishes in a day. Be grateful to your heart because it's still beating, propelling you onward.

We spend so much of our time being over-stimulated. We are constantly consuming images and sounds through television, podcasts, and so much more. If you find you are having trouble turning your brain off, remember to take time for slowness and silence in your day.
