After my short exposure to dealing with the problem of too few women in web3, it seems to me that all we need to do is explicitly invite them. That’s it. They’re out there. Awesome devs. There’s just this tension they’re used to from the web2 world.

Did you know Otterscan is a project created in Brazil by Brazilian people (aka myself :)? I never bothered advertising it this way because I don't think a project uniqueness and value is defined by its country of origin, flags don't denote quality.

Life update: I'm joining a16z crypto as a managing partner! Super excited to invest alongside some of the best investors, engineers, and researchers in the space.
