Full incubation appears to have started, with both adults taking turns on the eggs. The Tiercel has spent far more time on them than in previous years. Maybe the drama of last year has prompted this change?

Both cameras are back up and running again. Fortunately they are incubating, so unless there were intruders, we haven't missed much.

Our annual Old Malden Bat Walk was a great success. The bats didn't disappoint putting on a good show. A big thank you Elliot Newton from Citizen Zoo for guiding us around the world of our local bats. Looking fwd our next nature and heritage walk - watch this space.
