I agree with Kasparov's thesis: despite being nearly certain chess is a draw, no proof of this will ever be found on our finite planet. Conjecture: the claim "for all n \ge 4, 2n x 2n chess (w/ extra knights filling the back ranks) is a draw" is true yet independent of ZFC.
