Awful scenes coming out of Gaza as Israeli govt announces its intention to seize more Palestinian territory and displace civilians yet again. The UK government is still shamefully complicit. We must stop arms sales, recognise Palestine, and hold those responsible accountable.

Today I asked if the UK government will finally name the Israeli government's actions in Gaza for what they are: genocide. While atrocities continue, silence is complicity - and we have a moral duty to do everything we can to end the suffering of Palestinians.

Bristol Green Party stands by all those impacted by the EHRC guidance. Said guidance has not considered trans people needs. The trans community deserves access to facilities appropriate to their identity.

Today I've written to Bridget Phillipson to ask for clarity on how the govt will ensure trans people's rights in the wake of the recent Supreme Court ruling and EHRC guidance. At a moment of extreme worry and distress for the trans community, govt must step up and give assurances.
