Thanks for nothing @Amazon. Why get me to waste time filling in more forms just to tell me what I’ve already been told? You are robbers and you have stolen my money!

So angry at Amazon discovered that despite having an Amazon.co.uk prime account, I just discovered I’ve also been paying for a US account that I haven’t used or asked for, for 5 years! But despite admitting their mistake, Amazon refuse to refund more than 2 years back!
