Had a great first day at #IUCr2023 running a workshop on diffuse scattering with Igor Levin and many excellent talks.

We did it! 5 days of building, 59,956 atoms, 118,724 bonds, 329 kg. 24 layers, bottom edge 3.69 m, top edge 2.31 m, height 1.11 m. Ladies & Gentlemen, a new world record! A *huge* thank you to everyone who helped us get there! #BigDiamond #BraggYourPattern #IUCr2023
