I was happy to present our project with elevyLab in #EMBOubiquitin24. Mapping known ubiquitination sites on thousands of homodimeric structures, we uncovered hundreds of yeast and human proteins whose oligomeric state is regulated by ubiquitination. #PTMs #homodimers #AlphaFold
