Yes not my favourite drug! UFH when compared to LMWH has SAFETY issues -difficult unpredictable pharmacokinetics -even with monitoring it is difficult to keep in range - more bleeding - higher rates of HIT Etc. Would it get a license if submitted as a new drug in 2022? 😮
