Yesterday I traveled to Annapolis to see District 24 Senator, Sen. Joanne C. Benson! It was great to discuss issues in the community and ways to strengthen our partnership to better serve Prince George’s County.

Spent the morning meeting with Progressive Maryland Executive Director Larry Stafford to discuss how we can move the progressive agenda forward in Prince George’s County and help working families thrive!

Today the People’s Council introduced CB-23-2023 Prince George’s County Rental Assistance Program — this program would help keep families and seniors in their homes by establishing a permanent rental assistance program and fund.
