🍯🍎#ShanaTovah to all our friends for the upcoming Jewish New Year, #RoshHashanah . Rosh Hashana is a time for family, community prayer & introspection and eating sweet treats like apple & honey or honey cake for a sweet new year. It means so much to many #Holocaust survivors.

Our Exec Director Cate Hollis had a wonderful meet up with dear friend, #Holocaust survivor Susan Pollack OBE, whose testimony is at the heart of our play 'Kindness'. Cate took her out for lunch to introduce her to the new #actor, Or, who will be playing her😊 💜Welcome, Or!💜

Our upcoming tour of 'Kindness: a Legacy of the Holocaust' will be kicking off this October and the cast are in rehearsals as we speak. We can't wait to introduce some new faces throughout October! 💜 We look forward to another year of education and changing hearts and minds.

On 29th- 30th September 1941, 84 years ago, over 33,000 Jewish men, women & children were forced to go to the #BabiYar ravine in Kyiv. The Nazi SS & their collaborators murdered Jewish civilians shooting en masse, in one of the single most deadly events in the #Holocaust.
