The role of the medical examiner service. Providing safety and scrutiny for bereaved families and health orgs. A statute service from April 2024. Brilliant overview from Dr Dan Jones at nCumbria EOL conference #EOLnCumbria Julie Clayton Salli Pilcher RN, BSc, DN, QN 💙 North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust Clive Graham

Challenging poor behaviour, especially when it impacts on others, is an essential part of being “kind” IMHO. It doesn’t mean just agreeing with everyone & letting it ride. Some of the most ruthless, self centred individuals I’ve met go on about kindness & compassion constantly 🤷‍♀️

A brilliant achievement Kelly. Well done to you and all our North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust graduates. This is dedication to personal and professional development which benefits all patients and staff we serve. No easy feat when working in demanding roles so this is even an extra achievement 👏👏👏👏

I am so sorry to read this news of Mark A. Jones His optimism and warm smile was always present even on our shared most difficult on call shifts. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. Farouq Din thankyou for sharing.

I would highly recommend a consult with my menopause centre. Testosterone was a saviour, brain fog significantly improved and sleep restored ! Very little research in the area to date.

Thanks to @phil_brickell MP for raising hospice funding at #PMQs. We know there is huge support across the Commons for a better deal for hospices - but the government needs to take action.

Why do so many leaders & professionals keep working at a punishing pace, even when it damages their health, well-being & relationships? And why do organisational initiatives aiming to curb extreme work hours, e.g., "no email after hours" policies, wellness initiatives - often
