It seems that candidates applying for cardiology fellowship this season are being increasingly offered in-person rather than virtual #interviews. Is anyone else seeing this trend?

A ton of debate about what’s better for programs and applicants. It seems to me that this change in the landscape indicates that it is a matter of time before majority/all programs go back to in-person interviews. Everyone wants to stay competitive. I personally welcome it.
