It was a great honour for Edward Palmer to be part of the first session of #THEliveanz hosted at Uni of Queensland with his fellow panelists, Dr Gayle Morris #UniofAuckland & Jack Wang Uni of Queensland. Topics included COVID lockdown learnings, the changing learning environment & AI/#ChatGPT.

The UoA's Australian Institute for Machine Learning (AIML) hosted high school teachers and Dr Walter Barbieri and Assoc Prof Edward Palmer from the School of Education. Experts explored some of the latest technologies like ChatGPT and how they can be used in the classroom.

Well done to Ricky Fernandes and Wenfei Li for their superb presentations at yesterday’s Faculty of Arts, Business, Law & Economics 3 Minute Thesis competition. Ricky was one of the three brilliant winners now in the running for the Uni-wide title! Here he is with his award.
