Last meeting this half term, cubs hiked down to St. Bartholomew’s Church to practise map plotting before paying their respects #WarGravesWeek Commonwealth War Graves, then made the most of a quiet park to burn off energy.

Handforth Scout Group had their group camp this weekend. They had a great weekend and were excited to be back camping. DC, Will Burnham, was thrilled to be able to attend and present Service Awards, totalling 55 years, and 3 Wood Badges. A huge well done and thank you to all!

Tuesday evening saw a couple of awards presented at HC Scouts AGM. Congratulations to Julie who received her 5yrs Service Award, and Alan who was awarded his Wood Badge as Group Scout Leader. A huge well done to both, and thank you for all your hardwork.
