Ana Teresa Rebocho, from iBET presented the BioICEP project at the 19th edition of the International Conference on Renewable Resources & Biorefineries, in Riga, Latvia. The conference took place from May 31st - June 2nd.

Our partners from iBET attended the 11th European Symposium on Biopolymers (ESBP), held at Brno Observatory and Planetarium, in Brno, Czech Republic. This event is a successful series of symposia dedicated to all aspects of biopolymers.

Technological University of the Shannon and @TUSMidlands_Research held an Open Research Information Event on the 28th of September. The event was targeted to the general public, community groups, and industry, to exhibit some of the projects being carried out institution. BioICEP project was presented by Eduardo Lanzagorta

We are delighted to share the success of BioICEP's participation at Mikrobiokosmos 2023, and event hosted by the Hellenic Scientific Society. Mikrobiokosmos was established in 2007 with a mission to research, explore, and exploit microbial national resources.

Research week 2024 at Technological University of the Shannon @TUSMidlands_Research took place from the 12th to 16th of February. Our project coordinator presented an overview of the project in her presentation titled “Leading a Collaborative Cross-Continental Research Project”.

Additionally, some of our students in TUS presented their posters to showcase their research. Jeovan Araujo’s poster was awarded as winner for the categories “Best Overall Impact Poster” and “Best Postgraduate Research Image” 👏🏼👏🏼 Congrats Jeovan A. Araújo!!
