It doesn’t matter if you are in high school or just starting college, if you want to play pro ball, you need a plan, which includes how to work on your game, handling recruiting, NIL issues, etc. It will give you an advantage over most. DM me to start working on your plan now

You want to play pro ball, either here or overseas. Do the work. It is never too early to plan out each step. If you are in high school or college, start building your plan now. Need help, just reach out to get started

A lot of players ended up in poor fits in the portal because they didn't get the attention they needed or deserved from their representation. If they don't make you a priority, find someone who will. Your career depends on it. Message me to learn more

Right now there are 10-15 college players that nobody is talking about who will be in the NBA in a year or 2, getting more playing time than more hyped players. I love finding these players

The business is full of phonies. Tell you and your family whatever you want to hear to get you to sign with them. It’s not always easy to spot, but most are slinging same nonsense to every player. No real attempt to build a real relationship unless you make them a lot of money

Ed Isaacson (@ed_hunteram) 's Twitter Profile Photo

NIL has made it worse, and most just signing names they heard, and not people they got to know. They are purely transactional with superficial attempts to seem like they care about anything but what you can make them. Players, you deserve to be more than a dollar amount

Ed Isaacson (@ed_hunteram) 's Twitter Profile Photo

All they really stand for is pro-whatever makes them you more money because it makes them more money. You end up an 8th or 9th man, they don’t care because the money will still be there. Meanwhile, that year ends up wasted as a player and can harm how your pro career starts

A lot of other tricks to watch out for, but know that there are good people who will put you in the best position possible to have a long career. Be a priority, not one of just a list of names. Have any questions about how to move forward, message me anytime

The road to becoming a 2026 draft pick has already started. There is a lot more to it than just how you play. There is a whole behind the scenes mechanism which happens for most that helps separate them from others. A lot of getting a player's name momentum in the right circles

Ed Isaacson (@ed_hunteram) 's Twitter Profile Photo

A lot of players have to catch up too much if they wait until mid-season or later to start building that momentum. What's the point of having an agent if they aren't putting in this work right now for you?

A reminder this is the funniest late-night segment in history. It still makes me laugh until I have tears in my eyes 28 years later. Norm MacDonald was the greatest. youtube.com/watch?v=bKmadR…
