Jake Zuckerman Good question.....maybe there is a correlation between Washington DC/Maryland higher taxes/cost of living and the population growth in the Eastern Panhandle counties over the past 2-3 decades..... Perhaps lower taxes and cost of living in WV is already working....#wv4me
