These are important hours for the 4 French cities in the running to become Ecoc 2028: Bourges 2028 , Clermont-Ferrand Massif central 2028 Montpellier 2028 Rouen Seine Normande 2028 .
The winner will be announced on 13 December at 6 p.m. in Paris by the evaluation panel.
