#MedalMonday - some days you win a medal, other days you don't. I didn't hit the 50 miles to get a medal, and that's ok! I stuck with the plan. Eat right, hydrate, keep the HR down. Delayed from the lightning, and rained all night... But I can't wait for next year!

Another race in the books. Zelda 4 Hour event was for a great cause, raising money for Charlotte SPCA. Went out a bit strong, paid for it on the 3rd hour. Just shy of 20 mile target. Couldn't get the HR down, but great learning experience!
