Flooded ring, no problem. Give me pavement and a grass field, and we can go to work!! Ethan's 1st day of doing the full spin. We'll see how well he progresses in the coming weeks.

2nd practice of doing full spins for 8th grader Ella. She's catching on quickly. I can tell that she's working and doing her homework during the week!!

8th grader Liam being introduced to right leg sweep motion. Also worked on getting off the left foot and getting it back to the ground. Work in progress, but we will grind and get there 💪🏽

Practice #2 working the full spin with Ethan. I see some improvements from last week. Fix the technique little by little.....Baby steps, and we will get to where he needs to be.

So, I did a thing Sunday morning. It was both scary and awesome!! Thanks Music City Skydiving Can't wait to do it again!!!

I teach and coach at a MS in a Texas school district. I also train throwers for a fee. Question: (UIL) Can I charge athletes/clients from my district for throws training (MS or HS)? Also, I am Not the throws coach at my school. I coach long jump & triple jump. Please advise.

I have a 6th grader who loves Sonic. I told him that Makenzy knows how to draw Sonic. I asked him what he would like for her to draw for him. He said Shadow (Sonic character) in a Batman suit. This is what she drew. She said that it took her 3-4 hrs from start to finish w/ breaks
