Thanks again to the AES Electrophoresis Society for their support and for some great sessions this week! #SciX
Great science and solid poster design skills by Rob Channon integrating nucleic acid based sensing, lateral flow fluidics, and clinical validation @MicroTAS2019

Congrats to Monika (Monika Raj) for being named a #sloanfellow ! It's great to see Auburn University and COSAM represented on this prestigious list of scholars.
Looking back to earlier in the year, it was truly an honor to host Prof. Kevin Plaxco from UC Santa Barbara for his seminar Auburn University COSAM on "Counting molecules, dodging blood cells: continuous, real-time molecular measurements directly in the living body." Great work!

See our latest work in Lab on a Chip using droplets to sample from adipose tissue at high resolution. The method is a culmination of years of our work, revealing unique lipolytic dynamics in the tissue. Thanks to Juan and Li for all their hard work! pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

Check out our latest paper in Micromachines, part of a special issue on Droplet Microfluidics. Congrats to Nan Shi for the nice work, and thanks to Prof. Eric Brouzes for the invitation! mdpi.com/2072-666X/11/6…

Agreed, Jill Venton! It was a pleasure to give you a tour of our labs, and the in-person visit was a welcome change. We're also grateful for your efforts and sound advice during our academic program review at Auburn.
Congratulations to Dr. Nan Shi (Nan Shi 侍南) on earning his Ph.D. in just over 4 years! Keep working hard, Dr. Shi, and never lose that infectious optimism. We will miss you, but of course we wish you the best as you begin your work UCI Charlie Dunlop School of Biological Sciences with Xiaoyu Shi.

Congrats to our former lab member Juan Hu (first author!) for her recent publication in Nature Chemistry as a postdoc. Very creative work as usual from the Paegel lab Brian Paegel.
Recognition is always nice, but credit really goes to the excellent scientists who shaped our lab and led the discoveries Jing Hughes Richard Benninger EasleyLab Jon Rocheleau @____Alessandro_ and all the others not in the twitterverse.
Congrats to Orobola Orobola Olajide, Benedicta, and Professor Hamid Ahmed Hamid for the first Hamid Lab publication! Keep working hard and representing Analytical Chemistry COSAM and Auburn University.
