When people say Dublin could never be Amsterdam I think of this. Templeogue Synge St mini all-ireland: hundreds of families, limited parking, so people were asked to walk or cycle. This was the result. This shows what's possible, and it's why we need to keep prioritising active travel.

I'm so proud today to officially announce, with Minister Darragh O'Brien, Ireland's eighth and largest national park: Páirc Náisiúnta na Mara, Ciarraí. With the Conor Pass as its gateway, our first marine national park will see this iconic place protected for future generations.
