This infographic gives a practical guide on getting the most appropriate medical help especially during the Covid19 crisis. We also recommend using the BabyCheck app for infants as an assessment tool to help you identify how poorly your baby might be. Download from the App Store.

We know that lockdown with a baby can be tricky, However it’s important to check if their chest or back of neck feels clammy as this is a sign they are getting too hot. If your baby’s skin is hot or sweaty, remove one or more layers of clothing or bedding.

Perinatal MH problems are rarely one-off events, so often women have experienced MH problems before & will do again. Women who have had MH problems in the past are particularly vulnerable now. #supportingmumsduringdifficulttimes
