Delighted to see our paper out in Cell Host & Microbe this week. We show that impaired mitochondria in the epithelial lining induce tissue injury. This process is controlled by the intestinal microbiome and causes Bacteroides species to adapt and thrive. cell.com/cell-host-micr…
