This week marked a new chapter for Poland.
There is no longer a clear risk of a serious breach of the rule of law in Poland.
We've informed EU Council and European Parliament of our intention to withdraw our Reasoned Proposal from 2017, thereby closing the Article 7 (1) procedure.
