Iva Peni, EUBF's Legal Advisor, is intervening at the annual reunion of the European Judicial Network in Civil and Commercial Matters in Paris about the FAB directory and its efficiency at the EU level. Don't know it yet? eubaliff.eu

Invited by EUBF, Alain Pilette (Deputy Director Justice, DG JAI Justice and Home Affairs, Council of EU) made one of the opening speeches pointing at the incredible efforts made by Balkans countries to cooperate efficiently together.

EUBF is participating in the first regional conference organized by the Balkan Enforcement Initiative. The aim is to discuss the opportunities of strengthening regional cooperation related to Enforcement taking into account the European experiences.

This advancements would constitute a major step forward for easing cross-border communication between bailiffs in Europe.
