ETAQ Languages & cultures = identity Value ALL languages in your classroom, show interest in the languages that your students speak. You can bring students' languages into your classroom even if you don't speak them, consider identity texts, language mapping, bilingual dictionary use.

ETAQ Find a mentor and team plan/teach where possible.

ETAQ Do the assessment yourself and ask a colleague to mark your work according to the ISMG. You’ll be better at teaching something you have first hand experience with.
