Meet the Cdi Roller Controller. It looks like a collaboration with Fisher Price but it was actually designed after extensive studies by CTW (Childrens Television Workshop) and build by Kun Ring Enterprises. Innovative and unique, perfect for young gamers, maybe a revamp is due?

Today Xbox announce Retro Classics for Xbox Game Pass. The 2 thing that made me happy to see was giving the opportunity to the roblox generation to find and try classics and equally important, it wasnt just the same games we always see in these packages. Well Done.

Game of the weekend: David Cranes iconic and influential platformer is a must play for all gamers. Its amazing how much was crammed into the cartridge and its whopping 4kb storage. Pitfall (1982) [Atari 2600]

Game of the Weekend: Lets keep going with knock off week and go for the clone of a certain famous 2d platformer that N tried to legal action over. Although all is goon now with later games being released on DS amongst others. The Great Giana Sisters (1987) [C64]

Who remembers Net Yaroze? Not many it seems, NY was Sonys early attempt to encourage the indie game market with special debugging versions ps PS1 which could be connected to your PC and create your own games. Some of these games were fantastic and deserve attention.

Net Yaroze Hit: Terra Incognita (1997) By Team Fatal, this JRPG shows how complex the net yaroze games could be and how professional they look. Strangely it looks like its been made using Minecraft blocks. (custom cover found online - i need a cover for pics ok)

Development update: So far we are looking at some nice improvements for the next release, currently confirmed 3 new languages, multiple dependancy libraries updated and multiple emulators and filetypes added. Most significant is the game importer function for native apps.

Remember to check your theme downloader regularly for updates. Otherwise you could miss things like the new "Immersive" variant for Aura by Siddy21. Love the full screen video when you stop scrolling.

Game of the Weekend: One of the early squad based action games that required proper tactics and ammo conservation. It was also criticised for use of a poppy with the games anti-war message by the Royal British Legion calling "offensive to millions" Cannon Fodder (1993) [Amiga]

Update Progress: In preparation for the changes in android 15/16 in November, Leon has been working hard to ensure that ES-DE will have no issues. What does the page size change mean to users? No idea Harder? Better? Faster? Stronger?

Update info: "Gamelist on startup" is now replaced with "System on startup". The "Default" entry shows the first system based on system sorting. We have added "Startup View" to select gamelist /system view, users who launch to gamelist will need to set this again on first run.

System Spotlight: Gamate (1990) [Bit Corporation] This hit stores worldwide following the release of the gameboy and was sold in different regions via local distributers like Cheetah (UK) and Yeno (Germany). It never found quite the success its build quility deserved.

Game importer function is almost done and now includes the option to remove previously added apps if you have deleted them or no longer wish to view them. A nice little feature for helping keep your gamelist tidy and bring us one step closer to a finished update.
