Longest ever run completed today, a trail run along the Ullswater Way. Rain and wind were both biblical in the only way the Lake District can deliver it. Made it more enjoyable! Well worth the 5:00am departure to start running in the dark at 07:00am. #LakeDistrict #trailrunning

Not a good day when you crash out of Ironman 169k into the 180k bike leg. Didn’t make the run, coming off the bike at 55kph on a steep descent in the rain.Very lucky nothing worse than a grazed bum and cut elbow. IronMan Wales is epic though.I’ll be back for sure #Tenby #IMWALES
