ENSAppraiser should now allow for underscore ens like _007.eth and _van.eth to be appraised (previously, it rejected those names). Appraisal values will not be matched with many comparables until at least 1K of those names are appraised (affects the estimate). Need help Q'ing.

@wasnt_eth Wow, I trained the ENSAppraiser model to detect these, and it found 204 addtl cases and marked them as wash sales. This is just a test run, not fully integrated yet.
