⚠️⚖️ Long-awaited decision by the EU Court of Justice denying justiciability of the #AmbientAirQuality Directive by individuals. The #ECJ is apparently departing from AG Kokott's positive conclusions on availabiliy of compensation for infingements of air quality standards in the 🇪🇺.
