A different kind of graduation today -- Young Adult Court, the brainchild of UCI Social Ecology alum Judge Maria Hernandez and our own Professor Elizabeth Cauffman. YAC is making a difference by reducing recidivism, restoring lives, and saving tax dollars.



Two young men today became the 28th & 29th graduates of the innovative OC Young Adult Court, which was created by our own Psychological Science Prof Elizabeth Cauffman and UC Irvine UCI Social Ecology alumna Judge Maria Hernández. Watch coverage on ABC7 Eyewitness News next Thursday night!


It’s OC Superior Court Judge Maria Hernandez’ birthday and what better way to celebrate than to congratulate the 31st graduate of Young Adult Court! Congrats Omar, who designed YAC’s logo, and happy b-day to the UCI Social Ecology alumna, who with Prof. Cauffman, created YAC! 🎉
