Thread 1/4 Violet Mbiti Foundation with support from Uraia Trust & Denmark in Kenya conducted 3 day training to 20 Machakos County Budget Champions from 6 wards on understanding County Integrated Development Plan , Annual Development Plan, Finance Bill and Implementation Report

2/4 They were also trained on how to submit Access to Information Requests to County Government as outlined in article 35 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.The Budget Champions also submitted a memo.

3/4 The budget champions were later taken to a site visit where they interacted with beneficiaries of funding emanating from CIDP and ADP.Wamunyu Farmers Care Cooperative were funded by the County Gove
