@kimpagegluckie Surgical residencies are hard, but neurosurgery is brutal. At least it was when I trained.

@Schlumpfpilz @kimpagegluckie Very few positions in the end, but they need people to do the work so they bring in a lot of trainees. The competition for a position is bloodthirsty.
