Today we collected samples from the Humber as part of the UN Ocean Decade Global Estuaries Monitoring Project. These samples will now be shipped to City University in Hong Kong to be analysed for pharmaceuticals.

We have all been working hard today at the ECORISC CDT data challenge event. This afternoon we took some time out to walk to Ludd's church and the Wincle Brewery.
The ECORISC CDT data challenge ends with great presentations from the teams. Topics include: an assessment of impacts of highway runoff; a national assessment of the environmental risks of hormones; and a study into temporal and spatial differences in antidepressant usage.
