Care doesn’t stop at handing over medication. Before refilling ARV drugs for HIV treatment, health workers take time for one-on-one conversations. Through ongoing adherence counselling at primary health centres, ECEWS works with health workers to strengthen quality care.

Every baby deserves a healthy start. In 2025, ECEWS achieved a major milestone; 4,213 babies were born HIV-free through community-driven care and strong collaboration with healthcare workers. ECEWS remains committed as we work toward an #HIVFreeGeneration.
